Shipping & Delivery Times
Your parcels will be sent via Australia Post e-Parcel. Delivery times vary depending on your State, City & Post/ZIP Code.
Please see estimated shipping times and costs below. 
*Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change due to unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond BaileyBoo's control. Delivery times for orders will vary depending on the country, state and post code. Please use your tracking number as a reference to check the status of your delivery.
Postage Costs
Standard AUS Shipping - $10.95
Express AUS Shipping - $16.95 (this does not speed up production time. Just the time it takes to receive the parcel via Australia Post).

We also deliver to PO Boxes! 

We dispatch all parcels from Sydney. 

Delivery Times & Delays

Express orders will arrive within 2-7+ business days. (Please keep all possible delays with Aus Post in mind) (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Standard orders will arrive within 2-10+ business days. (Please keep all possible delays with Aus Post in mind) (excluding weekends & public holidays)

You can track your parcel through the www.auspost.com.au. website. 

A signature will be required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier should leave a card letting you know where you will need to collect your parcel from which will most likely be your local post office.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or COVID restrictions.

As this may not always happen, we strongly advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number that can be found in your notification of dispatch email. If under the circumstance that you cannot pick up your parcel within the 14 day period that The Post Office will keep this there for, the order will be returned to us. This will require us to resend your parcel and the customer will need to pay for the re shipping fee. 

Please always ensure that your shipping details and email are correct before completing your checkout as BaileyBoo will not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses.

If you do notice that you made a mistake whilst checking out, please contact customer care at baileybooau@gmail.com so that we can fix this up before the order is dispatched. If we have already dispatched your item there is nothing more that we can do to amend any incorrect details. (You can contact Australia Post yourself and see if they can redirect the parcel for you, which they can often do if a parcel is still in transit)

International Shipping
Your parcels will be sent via Australia Post then will be passed off to your local courier for delivery.

All postage costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and this will depend on your location.

 
Covid Information

We are currently shipping orders out as normal, however there are still major delays across the globe. Please allow additional time for your package to arrive and treat all postal workers with respect during these challenging times.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Sydney, Australia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (check your junk/ spam folder).

My package has been sent back to you, what should I do?

In the event that your package gets sent back to us you will need to pay for the associated shipping costs again so that we may return the parcel to you. If your parcel is being returned to us due to refusal of payment of customs charges then BaileyBoo reserves the right to only refund 50% of the cost of the goods

Returns

- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit (issued via eGift Card, and has no expiry) 

- You will be issued with a trackable return label via email. You will be charged $8.95 for the return shipping label

- Products must be in the same state you received them (unworn, unwashed & in a resalable condition)

- We do not refund the original shipping cost.

- Change of mind returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty

- All sale & clearance items are not eligible for returns

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch via email - baileybooau@gmail.com
Please provide all details including any photos within 7 days of your products being delivered.
We will then assess your request and provide a solution moving forward.
Please include your order number in the subject line E.g. Incorrect or faulty item – Order 12432.


Please measure your dog twice to make sure you have the best fit for your pup!
