Returns

- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit (issued via eGift Card, and has no expiry) 

- You will be issued with a trackable return label via email. You will be charged $8.95 for the return shipping label

- Products must be in the same state you received them (unworn, unwashed & in a resalable condition

- We do not refund the original shipping cost.

- Change of mind returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty

- All sale & clearance items are not eligible for returns

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch via email - baileybooau@gmail.comPlease provide all details including any photos within 7 days of your products being delivered.We will then assess your request and provide a solution moving forward.Please include your order number in the subject line E.g. Incorrect or faulty item – Order 12432.

Please measure your dog twice to make sure you have the best fit for your pup!

Shipping

BaileyBoo does not accept any responsibility for shipping times once the orders have been dispatched. You can always track your parcels on the Australia Post Website and they will also state if they are having delays within their service. Please see the link for more information - https://auspost.com.au/

(All of these terms and conditions are the exact same for international shipments)

 

We take great care in ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition, but BaileyBoo do not take any responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost in transit.

 

If under the circumstance that you cannot pick up your parcel within the 14 day period that The Post Office will keep this there for, the order will be returned to us. This will require us to resend your parcel and the customer will need to pay for the re-shipping fee.

 

Please always ensure that your shipping details and email are correct before completing your checkout as BaileyBoo will not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses.
